Aadya Shakti Aggarwal is the founder and president of The Third Eye, a student-led non-profit organization dedicated to educating people about menopause and women’s issues. Passionate about women’s health and creating awareness in society, she started this initiative to spark open conversations around topics that are often overlooked or stigmatized. Through seminars, workshops, and community outreach, Aadya aims to empower women with knowledge, sensitise male members of the family and encourage empathy and understanding in younger generations.
